RES has been appointed to manage the construction and operation of the wind farm on behalf of ERG SpA who own the project. The civil construction works, completed in Spring 2025, were undertaken by Adman Civil Projects Ltd with the electrical works being carried out by Omexom, and the turbines were supplied and installed by Vestas-Celtic Wind Technology Ltd.

A period of commissioning, testing, and reinstatement work is currently being completed before the wind farm is expected to reach full operation in Q4 2025.
