Community Benefit Fund
A dedicated Community Benefit Fund will be made available to support local projects and initiatives that benefit the community as a whole. This funding aims to enhance the quality of life and well-being of residents across the area.
Charitable and community organisations will be invited to apply for funding to support a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:
- Education and learning opportunities
- Environmental and biodiversity initiatives
- Health and well-being programs
- Support services for vulnerable members of the community
- Recreational and sports activities
- Arts, culture, heritage, and scientific projects
Applications are expected to open in mid to late 2026, with further details shared closer to the time.
Local Electricity Discount Scheme (LEDS)
Part of the Community Benefit Fund will incorporate a Local Electricity Discount Scheme (LEDS) and will be managed by RES.
Eligible residents will be contacted ahead of the application period. We anticipate the opportunity to apply will open in early 2026.
